BE A VOLUNTEER at Brazos Bend State Park, Texas. Located about 30 miles southwest of Houston this park is home to about 300 alligators, deer, feral hogs, armadillo and more. Plus, Brazos Bend State Park is located on a major bird flyway. Many species of birds use this park as a resting stop.
